Hillcon III (which was also Beneluxcon 18) was a convention held November 25-27, 1992 at the Atlanta Hotel, Rotterdam, Netherlands. The GoHs were Terry Pratchett, Peter Schaap, and Tad Williams, and the FGoHs were Johan-Martijn Flaton and Jo Thomas.
It was chaired by Larry van der Putte.
