Elst Weinstein

Elliot Steven "Elst" Weinstein, M.D., is a fan who organized the Terminus in 23,309 hoax Worldcon bid. He was presented a Worldcon Special Committee Award in 1991 "for starting up and continuing the Hogus." He was also responsible for Herbangelism.
