Buffalo, a city in New York State, has been home to the Buffalo Fantasy League since the 1940s. They sponsored Bufflocon and Eeriecon. W. Paul Ganley pubbed Eerie Country there.
Anonycon was also held there.
There was an unsuccessful Buffalo in 1955 Worldcon bid.
