Ann Layman Chancellor was an American artist and fan artist. She was born in Kentucky and taught professionally in the art and history of costumes at universities in Louisiana, Iowa, and New York. She was a member of NESFA and the CFG and worked on numerous conventions,m frequently in costume-related areas, and participated in the Fan Tarot Deck. She was also a noted costumer and participated in many Worldcon masquerades.
